Appointments and Contact Information

In the event that incorrect contact information is provided, including, but not limited to, customer name, phone number, or email address, Longrow Hair may not be held responsible for loss of correspondence or reminder messaging. In instances of incorrect or inaccurate information being provided, it is the client's responsibility to identify these errors and contact longrowhair@hotmail.co.uk or phone 0113 258 6911 to have them rectified.

Longrow Hair will text reminder 72 hours before the client's scheduled appointment.
The time booked is reserved for the client's exclusive use.When appointments are made missed, or cancelled without sufficient notice, Longrow Hair is often unable to fill the vacancy.

Text reminders - A polite reminder that it isn't Longrow Hair responsibility to remind you of your appointment, sometimes text messages fail due to technical errors.

Should the client need to cancel or reschedule their appointment, Longrow Hair requests 48hours notice before the commencement time of this appointment. Cancellations and reschedules after this 48 hours time frame will result in an invoice for a 50% cancellation fee of the appointment service booked.

Appointments will not be rescheduled until the invoice is paid in full. Repeat cancellations will forfeiture the ability to book in again.
